Everything You Need To Know!
Have questions? We have answers! Here are some of the most common inquiries we receive.
How is Yoga part of your method?
Yoga is the heart of everything we do. All the Yoga sessions are fundamentally based on traditional Vinyasa, honoring its breath-driven flow and mindful movement as the foundation of our practice. At the same time, our teaching embraces influences from dynamic Yoga styles, including elements from Rocket Yoga, Dharma Yoga, and other evolving forms, to create a vibrant, creative, and strength-focused experience that continually grows and adapts. The Reformer isn’t separate from this, it’s a tool we use within the Yoga framework to enhance strength, control, and range of motion. It’s a powerful tool we use to deepen strength, improve control, and expand range of motion, all while maintaining the essence of Yoga throughout your practice. You’ll feel Yoga flowing through every part of the experience.
Is this Pilates?
No, it’s not Pilates. While we use the Reformer, this is a hybrid approach that blends functional strength, flexibility training, and mobility work.
I've never used a Reformer before. Can I still join your classes?
Absolutely! Our sessions are beginner-friendly and designed to guide you through the experience with control, awareness, and intention. You’ll build strength and confidence at your own pace.
What types of classes do you offer, and how intense are they?
All our classes are built on Yoga-based movement principles and are designed to be accessible to all levels. Whether you're a beginner or looking to train hard, you'll find a class that meets you where you are:
Here’s how we meet you where you are:
- Foundations (Beginner-Friendly): These sessions focus on building your strength, control, and confidence. You’ll move through Reformer-based exercises combined with props like dumbbells, resistance bands, and power rings. It’s supportive, but far from easy. Expect to sweat, strengthen, and stretch in a safe, structured flow that introduces Yoga-style mobility and breathwork. Ideal for learning form while still getting a full-body burn.
- Elevate (Intermediate / Advanced): These high-intensity Reformer sessions fuse tempo-driven strength training, advanced functional movement, and deeper flexibility work. You’ll feel the power of precision training with integrated Yoga-inspired sequences to build balance, mobility, and endurance. Think strong holds, smooth transitions, and serious results. It’s challenging—but empowering.
- All Levels Welcome: We don’t separate by style, we build it all into each session. Every session includes elements of Yoga, functional strength, and Reformer-based movement. Whether it’s your first class or your 100th, expect a full-body experience that’s both adaptive and empowering.
Will I need to bring any equipment?
You'll just need a clean pair of socks, a large towel, and your own water bottle. We provide everything else including dumbbells, power rings, resistance bands, and all the Reformer gear.
Do I need to bring a mat?
Yes if you're attending a Yoga class, please bring your own Yoga mat. For Hybrid Reformer sessions, you won't need a mat, as all exercises take place directly on the Reformer.
What should I wear?
Anything you're comfortable moving in think fitted activewear so nothing gets caught in the workout. And don't forget your socks!
How do I book a class?
We've got an easy-to-use platform where you can view our weekly schedule, explore available classes, and reserve your spot with just a few clicks.
What days and hours is the studio open?
The studio is open Monday to Friday, with classes running in the morning from 10:00 to 12:00 and in the evening from 17:00 to 21:00.
